Flora is a Quebec family-owned company born from a deeply personal need: to care for our own family members who are vulnerable and require specialized in-home care with a human touch.
Inspired by Florence Ngayap, a dedicated nurse who devoted her life to the care and dignity of fragile individuals, Flora continues her legacy by offering other families what we first wanted to create for our own: a compassionate, professional, and rigorous approach.
Today, we bring this experience and sensitivity to families caring for loved ones with loss of autonomy, cognitive challenges, or special needs, providing specialized care, personalized support, and a warm presence that ensures safety, comfort, and peace of mind.
